I offer a wide range of accountancy and business services to both personal and business clients.

Business advice covers types of business, forecasting, tax planning, accounting and book-keeping, reviewing projects and business development, and website, e-commerce and IT basics.

Accounts preparation covers monthly, quarterly and annual accounts to suit a client's requirements.

Book-keeping and VAT relieves a business owner of the tasks of basic record keeping to concentrate on running and developing his or her venture. The timely submission of VAT returns based on sound and accurate business records ensures compliance with HM Revenue and Customs' procedures and creates a secure foundation for periodic accounts.

Payroll preparation is an administrative burden many owner managers prefer to be handled by a specialist so that HM Revenue and Customs' procedures are complied with. All the software I use is approved by HM Revenue and Customs.

Limited companies have their own administrative needs and procedures. I can form a limited company for you and then look after all the statutory requirements --- your online company secretary.

Local clients are seen by appointment or visited. Online consultations, using a variety of technologies, are offered for distant clients.

Fees are charged either as a fixed fee for the agreed service or at an hourly rate to an agreed ceiling.
